ACK! Healthy Chow isn’t feeling so healthy today…It might have to do with the fact that she had a bit more Chow and a lot less Healthy this past weekend. But then again, my pounding head and my sore throat indicate I’m no match for these tough late fall cold germs. Let’s just hope these germs are not of the ‘pig’ variety…OINK, OINK!
See you all soon. Time to go make myself some hot tea and some hot soup. Or, look at some hot pictures of George Clooney. Whichever works, right?

Do you have any secret cold remedies? How do you help yourself out of a ‘not-so-hot’ funk?
Namasté,
Nicole

Hi, I'm Nicole and welcome to Healthy Chow. My last name is Chow and this is my journey to living a life that is healthy and well-balanced. That being said, I thought Healthy Chow would be an appropriate name for my blog! I love to eat, I'm growing my love to cook and I'm in love with family, yoga and creating my own jewelry. This blog was started as a way to remind myself (and the world) that there isn't just one definition of healthy. We each just need to find our own meaning. Please join me as I find mine.
