I use a canon powershot (just a little point and shoot) and find it works for me since I always want to have my camera at the ready! I get freaked out by fresh herbs because I will buy them for one recipe and then not be able to use them in time. I love ginger and cilantro. Those are probably my two favorite seasonings. I actually use the Ginger People juice that comes in a bottle so that I don&#039;t have to buy fresh ginger.</description>
