Fluffy Pancakes!


When I make pancakes for breakfast it is usually this recipe. I like it because it is simple and you can combine it with any fruit you like. I combine it with honey and strawberries. They are easy to make and very nutritious. I sometimes make them after my workout in the morning. They restore my body and give me energy for the rest of the day. Ingredients:

  • ¾ cup milk
  • 2 table spoons white vinegar
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 table spoons white sugar
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon baking soda
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • Cooking spray

Instructions:

First, start with combining the vinegar and milk in a medium bowl. After you are done, set the bowl aside for 5 minutes to sour. Combine the baking powder, sugar, flour, baking soda and salt in a large mixing bowl. Now, whisk the eggs and the butter into the soured milk. After you are done, pour the flour mixture into the wet ingredients and whisk them until there are no lumps. Heat a large skillet over a medium heat and coat it with cooking spray. Pour ¼ cupfuls of batter into the skillet and cook until the bubbles start to appear on the surface. Flip it with spatula and cook until it gets brown on the other side.
