On the market, you can find many types of pasta. Not that the pasta out there is not good, but in my opinion, homemade food tastes better. Today I am going to teach you about homemade pasta. It’s extremely easy to make and you won’t need any fancy ingredient to make this tasty specialty. All you need is some basic stuff like flour, salt and eggs for the preparation of the dough, the other part – the actual process of creating the pasta is quite fun, and you can freely use your creativity and imagination at that stage of the process.
- 1 beaten egg
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoon water
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
Use a medium sized bowl to combine the flour and salt. Combine them well and then add the beaten egg and mix it all together again. This mixture should form stiff dough. If it is too stiff add 1 to 2 tablespoons water on the dough. You can use any suitable surface you like to knead the dough but first, put a little flour on it and then you can knead for 3 to 4 minutes. Now it’s the fun part. Cut the dough into tiny strips with a knife or you can even be cooler and use a pasta machine. Simple as that, your homemade pasta is done.
