Smoothie time! This time I have the simplest smoothie of all time. It is the California smoothie. You will need a few basic ingredients, a good blender and there you go you will have your California smoothie. It is so refreshing and healthy, that I immediately get energized and I feel better after I drink it. You should definitely try it out! It is worth it!
- large and frozen strawberries
- 1 container lemon yogurt
- 1/3 cup orange juice
Get a good blender and pour in the frozen strawberries. Now, add the yogurt and orange juice and blend everything until it is smooth. Pour, the smoothie in a glass and enjoy your healthy meal.
