Garlic Lime Chicken!

This is my favorite type of cooked chicken. I am a fan of chicken meat and I usually like my chicken without any fancy spice on it. This recipe changed my mind.

I never thought that garlic and some lime will make such difference when it comes to the taste of the chicken meat. It is absolutely amazing. Garlic can add such taste to everything and it is healthy and nutritious herb.




  • 3/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1/8 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/8 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried parsley
  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 3 tablespoons lime juice


  1. Get a small ball and mix together the salt, black pepper, cayenne, paprika, 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder, onion powder, thyme and parsley. Sprinkle the mixture evenly on both sides of the chicken breasts.
  2. Now, get a large skillet and heat it over a medium heat. Sauté chicken until it is golden brown and about 6 minutes on each side. Sprinkle with 2 teaspoons garlic powder and lime juice. Cook for 5 minutes, stirring frequently to coat evenly with sauce.
