This is one hell of a post workout snack or meal if you ask me. When I consume this mixture from heaven I feel filled for hours. The amazing banana taste and the peanut butter actually cover all of the spinach taste, you won’t even notice it.
You can add rice or nut milks or vanilla yogurt if you like as a substitution ingredients. I absolutely adore this drink! It is very nutritious, rich with vitamins and other beneficial
- 1 cup fat free milk
- 1/2 cup fat free plain yogurt
- 1 banana, frozen and chunked
- 1 tablespoon natural peanut butter
- 2 cups fresh spinach
- 1 cup of ice cubes (optional)
Blend milk, yogurt, banana, peanut butter, spinach, and ice cubes until smooth.
