Spinach Pomegranate Salad!

This is one healthy and nutritious salad. Made with the healthiest ingredients such as spinach and pomegranate seeds, and with the legendary feta cheese. I simply love this salad and i prepare it almost every week.



It perfectly fits my healthy diet and is extremely low on calories. Since it is very easy to make I recommend to everyone to try this recipe out.




  • 4 tablespoons balsamic vinaigrette
  • 1 pomegranate, peeled and seeds separated
  • 1/4 cup sprouts
  • 1/2 cup crumbled feta
  • 1/2 cup walnut pieces
  • 1/4 red onion, sliced very thin
  • 1 bag baby spinach leaves, rinsed and drained


Get a large bowl and place the spinach in it. Top with walnuts, feta, red onion and sprouts. Sprinkle pomegranate seeds over the top and drizzle with vinaigrette.
