This is a great energizer after workouts. It will give you the right nutrition and the energy to recover after a tense draining workout. I personally drink it after running and it helps me a lot.
It is easy to make and the needed ingredients are always there in my kitchen so I make it almost every other day. I love the flavor and I absolutely adore peanut butter. It is amazing. Absolute favorite for sure!
- 2 bananas, broken into chunks
- 2 cups milk
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 2 tablespoon honey, or to taste
- 2 cups ice cubes
Place bananas, milk, peanut butter, honey, and ice cubes in a blender; blend until smooth, about 30 seconds.
